Corporate Website Design and Brand Identity

A corporate website built from scratch, not on a pre-made theme, establishing your brand's color, typography, and logo system and turning it into a live brand kit page.

Corporate Website Design and Brand Identity

A website is no longer just a business card. Before deciding to work with you, people check your site, gauge your professionalism, and make half their decision while browsing. A slow-loading, mobile-unfriendly, or outdated site makes even good work look bad.

At Baksoft, we develop corporate websites that are not built on pre-made templates but are custom-designed and coded from scratch for your brand. We start not with the site but with your brand's visual system. The goal isn’t just a pretty page—it’s a tool that increases the number of people who find you.

It’s not about building a site—it’s about establishing a brand system

Most website projects start like this: send us your logo, and we’ll place it on the site. The result is a site with a logo but no identity. Two months later, visuals are needed for social media, and the colors don’t match. Six months later, brochures are printed with the wrong font. A year later, no one knows what the brand’s actual color is.

We start with the system. Your brand’s primary color, supporting colors, neutral tones, typography family, and weight hierarchy are defined. Your logo is prepared in vector format for all use cases: light and dark backgrounds, isolated mark, app icon, and favicon. Your site is built on this system—not retrofitted.

Brand kit page

We don’t store this system in a file. We create a brand kit page published under your domain. Logo files are downloadable, color codes are copyable with a click, and typography and usage guidelines are visible to everyone.

The practical benefit? When a printer needs your logo, an agency asks for color codes, or a team designing a trade show booth needs visuals, no one emails you searching for files. You send a link, and it’s done. Your brand won’t be printed in the wrong color, with a stretched logo, or a random font.

Usage guidelines

The brand kit clearly states which logo version to use on which background, required spacing, and what not to do. The logo isn’t recolored, distorted, or placed on low-contrast backgrounds. These rules are the only real barrier preventing your corporate identity from deteriorating over time.

We apply the same approach to our own products. The brand kit page we created for Randewu is an exact example of what we’ll deliver to you.

The real difference between pre-made themes and custom development

Pre-made themes are cheap and quick to set up. For small budgets, they can be a logical starting point—we don’t deny that. But the cost becomes apparent over time.

Theme-based sites are slow because they carry dozens of unnecessary features, directly affecting rankings. Separate plugins are installed for every function, plugins go unupdated, and this is why sites get hacked most often. The design stays within the template’s limits, making your site resemble hundreds of others. For minor changes, you’re limited to what the theme allows.

A site built from scratch includes only what you’ll use. That’s why it’s fast, why the security risk surface is small, and why anything you want can be done. The site is yours—all code is delivered to you.

What’s included in the site?

Custom design for your brand

The design isn’t selected from a pre-made template. A direction is determined based on your industry, competitors, and target audience, then designed around your brand system.

Speed

Site speed directly impacts rankings, and a few seconds of delay on mobile loses a significant portion of visitors. Images are optimized, unnecessary code isn’t loaded, and pages are pre-compiled.

Mobile compatibility

Most visitors access your site via phone. The design isn’t just scaled down from desktop—it’s mobile-first and tested separately for every screen size.

Search engine infrastructure

Clean URL structure, title and description management, automatic sitemap, structured data markup, and Search Console setup are included. You manage SEO fields from the panel while adding content.

Content management panel

You update page texts, images, blog posts, references, and team info yourself. No waiting for agencies for minor changes. The panel is set up with your terminology and required fields.

Blog and content infrastructure

Corporate sites don’t rank alone—they grow with content. The blog module, category structure, and internal linking are set up correctly from the start so your site truly grows as you produce content.

Multilingual structure

If you do business abroad, the site is built in multiple languages. Each language has its own URL structure and search engine tags—no translation plugin shortcuts.

Let’s be honest about rankings

If you receive an offer promising first-page Google rankings from day one, be skeptical. Rankings depend on competition intensity, your site’s age, content production, and time—no one can guarantee this alone.

Our commitment: we complete all technical requirements. Speed, mobile compatibility, clean code, proper title structure, structured data, sitemap, internal linking, and a solid infrastructure for content. These are the controllable parts of ranking, and all are ready at delivery. The rest is content production and time—we’ll guide you on how to manage that.

How does the process work?

First, we discuss your business and target audience. Who do you want clients from? What are competitors doing? What action do you want visitors to take? Then, the brand system and page structure are outlined, and the design is presented for approval. After approval, development begins, and you regularly see the working version throughout the process.

At delivery, the domain, email, SSL, analytics, and Search Console setups are completed. We train your team on panel usage. Maintenance and support continue afterward.

A typical corporate website project is delivered in three to six weeks, depending on scope.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is project-based, fixed upfront, and depends on page count, brand work scope, language count, and custom modules. A firm with an existing logo and corporate colors won’t have the same budget as one building a brand from scratch. The initial meeting and scope work are free.

Frequently asked questions

What if we don’t have a logo?Logo design can be added as a separate line item. If you have an existing logo, we build the brand system around it without altering the logo.

Can the brand kit page be updated later?Yes. Adding colors, publishing a new logo variant, or changing rules is done via the panel.

Will we pay for font licenses? No. We select from commercially available, free font families. If you specifically want to purchase a font, we can use that too.

Can we update the site ourselves?Yes. The content management panel is included, and training is provided. No technical knowledge is required.

Can content from our existing site be migrated?Yes. Texts, images, and blog posts are transferred to the new site. If the old URL structure changes, we set up redirects so your Google ranking value isn’t lost.

Will the site belong to us?Yes. The domain, code, and all files are yours. You’re not tied to working with us—you can take over everything anytime.

If you know what your site should achieve for you, let’s discuss the rest. Tell us about your business and goals, and together we’ll outline the right scope and a clear price.
