Who is Baksoft Arge, and what does TÜBİTAK 1512 support mean?
Baksoft Arge is an R&D and software company operating within Akdeniz University Technopark. It was founded with an artificial intelligence project supported under TÜBİTAK 1512 (Entrepreneurship Support Program), and today we develop corporate web, mobile, e-commerce, and AI projects.
Do you only work with businesses in Antalya?
No. Our headquarters is in Antalya Technopark, but we execute projects across Turkey and internationally (for example, for companies expanding to the US or European markets).
After the project is completed, do I become the owner of the source code and the system?
Yes. The server and domain are purchased/managed under an account owned by you, and upon project delivery, the source code and all access are fully transferred to you.
Pricing
Are prices fixed or do they vary by project?
Packages on the Campaigns page (such as website, e-commerce) are sold at fixed starting prices; for custom software/CRM/AI projects where scope varies by project, the price is finalized after a needs analysis.
How does the payment plan work?
We start the project with a 20% deposit; we create customized installment and milestone-based payment plans for the remaining amount.
Do I get any price/tax advantage from you being in Antalya Technopark? (VAT exemption)
While it varies from project to project, we can apply VAT exemption on software service invoices for most projects within the scope of R&D activities at Antalya Technopark. The certainty is evaluated based on the scope of the project.
Do you have a special pricing approach for newly established startups?
Yes, we offer more flexible terms and phased (incremental) development tailored to budgets for early-stage startups — first the core/visibility layer, then additional modules as they grow.

How long does it take to complete a website?
Depending on the scope of the project; corporate promotional websites are typically completed in 1-2 weeks, comprehensive e-commerce sites in 2-4 weeks, and custom software solutions in 6-12 weeks.
Do you use ready-made packages or custom software?
As Baksoft Arge, our priority is to develop custom architectures (Custom Development) that 100% match your needs. However, we also have optimized starter frameworks for budget-friendly solutions.
Is the mobile app compatible with iOS and Android?
Yes. The applications we develop with React Native technology run with native performance on both iOS (iPhone) and Android devices from a single codebase.
Do you provide post-software support?
Absolutely. We offer a 1-year technical maintenance and bug-fixing guarantee after project delivery. Additionally, we provide Frontend updates as you wish for 1 month following the project. Because your dreams are our only business.
Can you integrate with my existing systems (accounting software, e-commerce infrastructure, payment/shipping systems, etc.)?
Yes. We have live project integration experience with payment systems (like iyzico), shipping/logistics integrations, SMS/OTP verification (like Netgsm), and accounting/ERP systems.
Which technologies do you use?
It varies by project, but we use modern and scalable technologies such as Next.js/React and TypeScript (web), React Native (mobile), C# / .NET (enterprise backend and ERP systems), Python (AI and data processing), PostgreSQL/MSSQL (database), and Supabase and ElasticSearch (search/infrastructure).

How can I track the progress of my project throughout the process?
You can instantly track project updates, process guides, and your requests through our exclusive customer panel; we also share progress through regular meetings and updates.
Do I have the right to revise the design/features?
You have the right to make reasonable revisions on the features specified in the scope document; additional requests outside the scope will be evaluated separately.
