Cookie Policy
What is stored in your browser on this site, what it is for, and how you can manage your choices.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved in your browser when you visit a website. In this policy “cookie” also covers similar technologies such as your browser's local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage).
By lifetime, cookies are session cookies (deleted when the browser closes) or persistent cookies (kept for a set period); by origin, they are first-party (our site) or third-party (e.g. Google) cookies.
2. Cookie categories and consent
- Necessary / functional: required for the site to work and to provide a feature you asked for (language, theme, remembering preferences, logging in); no consent needed.
- Analytics: helps us understand how you use the site (Google Analytics 4); works only with your explicit consent.
- Ad measurement: measures whether our Google Ads work; works only with your explicit consent. It is not used for personalised advertising or remarketing.
Before you consent, analytics and ad-measurement tools are not loaded at all and no cookies belonging to them are created.

4. How to give, change or withdraw consent
In the banner shown on your first visit you can choose separately for analytics and ad measurement, accept everything, or decline. Declining is as easy as accepting and does not stop you from using the site.
You can reopen and change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out until then. Your choice is asked again after 12 months.
5. Record of your consent
Every choice you make or decline is recorded on our server as proof, for our legal obligations and to protect our rights. The record contains: the random consent ID assigned to your browser, your choices, the time of the decision (millisecond precision), the policy version shown, the page where the decision was made, a keyed hash of your IP address and browser information. Your IP address is not stored in plain text. Records are kept for 3 years. See the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice for details.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; see your browser's help pages for details. If you block necessary cookies your language/theme preference is not remembered and you cannot log in to the customer portal; your access to the site's content is not otherwise affected.
To stop Google Analytics from collecting data on all websites you can additionally use the browser add-on offered by Google.
7. Third parties
With your consent we work with Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement; see Google's privacy policy for details of how Google processes data. Personalised advertising and remarketing features are turned off.
8. Contact
For questions about cookies and your personal data write to [email protected]. The Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice applies to all of our data-processing activities.
